Archive

All Notes you send and receive are not only pinned to your Pinboard, but stored in the Archive as well, where you can easily manage them. You can sort, filter, delete and search for particular Notes.

There is a bar for every Note in your Archive. Each one holds a good deal of information:

The first line shows the name of the recipient (if you sent the Note) or the name of the sender (if you received the Note) and a date and time stamp.

In case the Note was typed, the second line shows the subject of the Note and the first few words of its content. In case the Note was finger "painted", the second line says "Hand written note ...".

The small circle at the right indicates the status of each Note:

  • Green circle: new Note, not opened yet.
  • Grey circle: Note was already opened.
  • Red circle: an alarm is attached to the Note.
