What is NoteSwap?

NoteSwap is one clever App for your iPhone and your iPhone touch that lets you take and send notes - addressing yourself or anybody else. This alone makes NoteSwap a handy tool - but wait, there's more!

NoteSwap - the Most Outstanding Features in a Nutshell

Using NoteSwap you can:

take Notes for yourself, using the keyboard or - and that's the clou about it - using your finger;
send Notes to others, via the NoteSwap-Network (that's the way you get most fun out of the app) or - in case the recipient has not installed NoteSwap or doesn't own an iPhone / iPod touch in the first place - via email;
receive Notes from others, sent via the NoteSwap-Network or by email;
attach appointments to your Notes using the .ics format virtually every popular calendar can handle, read, and "understand";
comfortably and well-arranged manage your friends, called "Pals" within the NoteSwap-Network.

Just like in real life: the Pinboard

Whether you send them or receive them, all Notes are pinned in chronological order to your Pinboard, where you can arrange them as you see fit. Colored Pins show you, if a note is new or already read and if an appointment is connected to them.

You can clearly arrange up to twenty Notes at the Pinboard. In case you have more Notes - and this will happen quite soon - you can easily browse to the next Pinboard. The sky - or the memory of your device for that matter- is the limit.

Filter and search: the Archive

Notes are not only pinned to the Pinboard, they are filed in the Archive as well. There you can filter them.

This filter options are at your fingertips:

Inbox:	All Notes you received are shown
Outbox:	All Notes you sent are shown
Alarm:	All Notes that have an appointment attached are shown

Besides you can search for and delete Notes on the Archive page.

Pals - Your Contacts from A to Z

Within the NoteSwap Network all contacts you exchange Notes with are called Pals.

On this page all your Pals are listed in alphabetical order. You can:

choose and mark Pals, you want to send a Note,
add Pals,
mark Pals as favorites,
delete pals
block pals
search your pals list

Sending Notes - Step by Step

Sending Notes with NoteSwap is easy:

1.	Start NoteSwap
2.	Tap on Pals at the bottom right corner of the Pinboard to open the Pals Page.
3.	Choose one or more Pals you want to send a Note.
4.	Tap an Compose at the bottom right corner.
5.	Choose a Notes Mode: Finger or Keyboard?
6.	Create your Note
7.	Move the Swap Slider from left to right - your Note is on its way. A copy of your Note appears on your Pinboard.
